I recently bought a used 1967 Ford Mustang, and as you might imagine, it's not in great shape. It's a real time bomb, and there always seems to be something wrong with it mechanically. But I bought this car deliberately because I want to learn how to work on and repair cars. Those old domestic cars are very easy to work on and repair, I can pop open the hood on the Mustang and easily identify all the parts, they are nice and spread apart. I can even stand inside the guts of the car, next to the engine block.
Needless to say I've been buying a lot of tools and auto parts lately, and they aren't cheap, so I keep on the lookout for deals. I've been using these Auto Parts Warehouse Coupons to get deals and discounts on the replacement parts I buy. They just put out a new one for July that will get you 8% off your entire order and free shipping; I need to overhaul my transmission and I'm definitely going to take advantage of the 8% off to buy some extra tools and the new transmission system.
Auto Parts Warehouse is great because you can just put in all the information about your car and they will give you a page of custom results where you can see all the parts and accessories they sell for your car. For example, my Mustang's parts can all be found here:
It's nice to be able to go through everything online that quickly, it's much more convenient than going to an auto parts store and of course having the parts delivered to my house makes life easier, especially when my car is out of commission . . . which is often.
